Holistic Healing Classes to Heal Yourself and Others

I believe that the more we know about our body and how to treat it, the better we do. I teach people how to tune into the resonance of their bodies and minds, and connect with what good health and poor health choices sound like. I show them how to use muscle testing and see what is out of balance in their lives and choose how to help themselves. In muscle testing the members of the classroom, I teach this by practicing how to hear the sounds of harmony and disharmony in the student we are working on. We can also use sound healing tuning forks and distinguish the different sounds of the fork when holding it close to the person.
By practicing on one another, you learn how to do the same work on yourselves. I always see wonderful healing taking place and I’d love for you to be part of it. But first, let me explain what I teach.
What do you learn in my holistic healing classes?
Muscle testing or applied kinesiology is the science of testing for what is wrong with the mind and body and how to solve it by testing strong muscle versus weak muscle.
If you hold your arm out and touch something you’re thinking of eating or using (like a supplement or vitamin), you can have someone press on your extended arm to see if it is the correct resonance for your particular body.
If your arm remains strong, it shows that this is a good choice for your health
Alternately, if your arm goes weak, that indicates that this is a poor choice for your health.
Aromatherapy oils for various health complaints can be powerful and miraculous.
Many issues including the common cold or pain can be handled with the aromatherapy oils. A small weakness or lack of balance in a certain part of the body can be addressed with an oil.
Acupressure for relieving aches or stuck energy.
After assessing the issue with muscle testing finger tips or rock points can be used to touch and release where energy is blocked on acupressure points. By working through the body and releasing stuck energy one can balance out the person.

Sound healing is done many ways in my holistic healing classes.
One way is to use weighted tuning forks on acupressure points to adjust the vibration of clients. We can also put brass sound bowls on the body and strike them to do large areas.
Mineral therapy is finding the right minerals to balance people’s energy.
Our body tries to match the vibration of what we touch. One option to do this is to have the human hold one rock in each hand and they change the vibration or resonance of the client. Another way is to arrange one or more stones on or around clients to bring harmony and balance to their body.
I can also use rocks with points to touch acupressure points. If the person is lacking certain vitamins or minerals, we can figure out what ones they should take.
Intentional healing is setting our thoughts and mind to change the resonance of the individual.
We can feel an area that is out of harmony or swollen and set our intention that the area will harmonize and the swelling will go down. We can help ourselves feel better with our intention and language. We say positive things to ourselves and others to change the way they feel about themselves.
What happens in a holistic healing class?
We start out in the morning with a general introduction to what we’ll do that day, and then each person gets a turn being the focus of the healing. They get up on the massage table and the rest of the class senses their energy. Then we share what we notice about the person’s energy balance and what might help them. I guide the process with what I intuit as well. We break for a potluck lunch midday and then resume in the afternoon.
People experience deep healing and transformation during the holistic healing classes, and sometimes come to a place of emotional acceptance, release, or spiritual realization. It’s always a great honor to be part of it. If you’re interested in joining us, please call me or click the button below and I’ll let you know when the next class will be. Hint: there’s one coming up 11/14/26 from 10 AM-3 PM, but I have them at other times too.
