Driving Directions:

To drive from Santa Clarita, CA, to 3123 W Avenue L8, Lancaster, CA 93536, follow these directions:

  1. Get on CA-14 N and head southeast on Newhall Ave toward Yvette Ln

  2. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit and stay on Newhall Ave, passing Carl's Jr.

  3. Turn left to merge onto CA-14 N toward Palmdale

  4. Follow CA-14 N to W Ave N in Palmdale, passing Bath & Body Works and later, Vasquez Rocks

  5. Take exit 39 from CA-138 W/CA-14 N

  6. Merge onto CA-14 N

  7. Keep left to continue on CA-138 W/CA-14 N

  8. Take exit 39 toward W Ave N

  9. Follow W Ave N and 30th St W to W Ave L 8 in Lancaster, passing Rancho Vista Golf Course

  10. Turn left onto W Ave N

  11. Turn right onto 30th St W

  12. Turn left onto W Ave L 8 and arrive at 3123 W Avenue L8: The destination will be on your right.

 

The total driving distance is roughly 40 miles, and the trip typically takes about 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
