What is Muscle testing
Muscle testing is the common name for applied kinesiology. Applied kinesiology is the science of testing a person’s resistance or affinity for something else. This can help me tell whether something is good for a person, or if some part of that person is not performing correctly. It also helps me see what would help a person achieve greater wellness.

Muscle testing is based on the simple concept that a strong muscle indicates positive and a weak muscle shows negative. Traditionally, a person holds out their arm while the kinesiologist pushes down on the arm to test for strength. If the kinesiologist touches an organ with one hand and pushes down on the client’s arm with the other, it will stay strong if the organ is doing well or drop down if it is not.

When practicing applied kinesiology, a person can hold a vitamin or supplement, and the practitioner (me) will press down on the arm, asking you to resist the pressing. The arm will be strong if the supplement is a vibrational match for them and therefore good to take at this time. If the arm drops and the person can't hold their arm up, it indicates weakness because the item is not good for the person. The muscle goes weak involuntarily, and the person can’t hold it up even if they try.

How to learn it and do it over the phone.
There are dozens of ways to learn muscle testing and do it on the phone. I teach every client a simple way to practice this at home so they can test things for themselves. After 30 years of doing this, I can do it with my mind over the phone. This allows me to see what problems the person has and what are the viable solutions for that particular person.

There is no one size fits all for health. To use a fashion analogy, imagine buying clothing where every item is an extra-large size and blue. No such place exists, because not everyone prefers blue and needs extra large clothing! The same is true for healing; there is no one size or cure that works for everyone. The aromatherapy oil for one particular condition may not be helpful for another. Foods, supplements, healing methods... they all can vary for each person. A person with chronic health conditions needs to have a way to see what will help them before they ingest it. They can touch the item and muscle test to see if it is what they should eat.

Why it is important to learn yourself.
I teach people hos to test for themselves so they know what to do to help themselves at three A, M. instead of waiting for my office to open. It takes five minutes to learn a skill that will help not only with your health but with business and personal decisions.

For example, I have a number of clients who react poorly to certain foods. They are not always allergic to the food but sensitive enough to it to make them feel unwell after eating the food. One client was sensitive to peanuts. They went to a potluck meal and questioned the maker of the dish about peanuts being in the food. The cook assured them there were not peanuts in the meal. My client touched the plate the food was on and their body said not to eat it. The cook later told my client that they did use some peanut oil in the dish. My client knew not to from their testing already.
