Intuitive Healing Classes

For Personal and Professional
Wellness Enhancement

Glen Larsen and an assortment of female students with their hands above or on a middle-aged woman who is prone on a massage table.

I have regular classes on Saturdays to teach how to read and heal other people.  I enjoy conducting classes because we all learn something new, and everyone is loving and kind to each other like life should always be.

Muscle testing/Applied kinesiology

When I teach how to read what is going on in a client, I teach muscle testing.  If a person exhibits a strong muscle, it means the client's body is saying yes. Conversely, if a client’s muscle goes weak, this indicates that  the client’s body is saying no.  I show students how to use applied kinesiology to read what is going on inside a person so we can see how to help them.  This way, we can touch a person and see what their underlying issues are.  We can then test how to solve this issue.  There is no one-size-fits-all remedy for any given problem. Each person has a unique solution for their problem.  Five different people with the same problem have five different solutions. This allows us to look inside people as if their skin is glass, and see what solution is right for them.

Aromatherapy oils

After we identify the problem and decide on the solution, sometimes the way to rectify things is with aromatherapy oils.  There are oils that help with many issues including inflammation, psychology, pain, and circulation.  We muscle test to see what oil serves the client and how much to use as well as how often.  We apply the oil and sometimes reapply to correct the issue.  The muscle testing allows us to see what is going on with the person very clearly and accurately.  This allows us to pick the correct oil to help the client. Some oils for pain are peppermint, lemongrass, basil, lavender, and rosemary.  Some of my favorite aromatherapy oils for calming the mind are lavender, copaiba, bitter orange, tangerine and Ylang Ylang. However, we need to ensure that the oil is right for the person; that’s where muscle testing is so important!

Sound Healing

I teach how to do all the things on my website, including sound healing.  We learn how to feel energy differences in ourselves and others, and then how to decide which techniques will help that person.  When the class “client” has stuck energy in their body, one of the ways to release it is using weighted tuning forks.

We strike the fork and hold one end of the fork on acupressure points and this lets the energy move.  We can then follow the meridian or energy flow path to the next point where the energy is stuck and repeat the process.  To move more energy in less time, we can place a brass sound bowl on the client and strike the bowl.  We move the bowl up and down the body to release the blockages.

Acupressure

After we determine the client’s issue, then we must decide how to help them.  If we see that acupressure will help the person, we can either use a finger to push on the point or we can use pointed rocks shaped like the Washington monument to push on the spot (called points).   When we release energy with the rock point, the body reacts to the contact with the rock.  When we touch an object our body tries to imitate the vibration of that object.  This changes our vibration and helps us heal.

Some good balancing stones are jade, turquoise, tigers’ eye, and citrine.  Of course, it varies person to person how they react to the stones and we muscle test to pick the correct stone.  Some good stones for absorbing unwanted issues from the person are volcanic rack, petrified wood, marble, onyx, and selenite.  There are stones that help with the client’s brain. Holding two stones one on either side of the body can balance our whole mental state and vibration. In picking the correct stone, we can reduce symptoms like anxiety, depression, confusion, and enhance mental clarity.

Imaginal healing

Imaginal healing involves getting the client to see things differently by asking them to allow you to remove things that are bothering them. Then you replace the issues with love and kindness.  We also teach the client to do this for themselves at home so they learn how to relieve their own issues. If a client does not feel safe, we teach them how to create a protective bubble around themselves against whatever feels threatening.  If their mind has trouble focusing, we teach them how to slow the mind down so they can focus.

After practicing with them a few times, they are able to do this on their own and help their own mind.  I have clients all over the world that I do this with, in person or on the phone. I can ask them to hold imaginary items to check how it works for them energetically, like a stone or an aromatherapy oil. Amazingly, they can feel the effect on themselves, even though it is only imaginary!  This way, if they are upset and they do not have their oil that helps them calm down with them, they just imagine putting on the oil and smelling it and they can calm themselves down.
